Welcome to the Thames Breast Clinic, a multidisciplinary team of dedicated specialists focused on the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease, breast cancer and breast reconstruction.

The team is led by Maisam Fazel (Consultant Onco Plastic Breast Surgeon) and includes Consultant Breast Radiologists, Oncologists, Pathologists, Psychologists, Geneticist and a Breast Care Nurse. 

We offer daily breast diagnostic clinics in locations in Windsor, Gerrards Cross, Maidenhead, Harrow, Northwood and Harley Street. We understand the anxiety that accompanies the possibility fo breast disease and we thus ensure that patients can be seen within 24 hours of referral and often on the very same day.

Our team also provides a full range of state-of-the-art breast cancer treatments locally including onco plastic breast cancer surgery, immediate reconstruction, chemotherapy, immunotherapy and radiotherapy. Additional services include genetic testing, breast screening and risk reducing surgery.

We are also one of the very few accredited teams in the home counties to offer single dose intraoperative raiotherapy (IORT) for selected patients.

All our team are BUPA, AXA and Aviva fee assured. We accept all health insurance plans; patients are also welcome to attend without a GP referral (subject to insurance provider approval). We also offer highly competitive self pay packages for those wishing to avoid the anxiety of the NHS waiting list.
